Site Contract Coordinator（契約書作成など） / Janssen-1500063895W摘要Scope
- Expedite contract negotiation and execution by acting as legal resource for the Contracts and Grants group to streamline requests to law department and avoid duplication of efforts among Contract & Grants Analysts.
- Act as main point of contact with legal department to resolve complex legal issues while ensuring compliance with company process and strategy and subsequently disseminating information to C&G team members.
- Responsible for the development and analysis of contractual relationships which includes but is not limited to drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and grants related to clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between Law Department and Contract and Grant Analysts.
- Analyze, manage and expedite resolution of complex legal issues in clinical trial contracting process.
- Act to coordinate intra-departmental functions to ensure consistency and compliance with process, external communications and policies (clinical trial agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, informed consent forms, etc.).
- Develop and maintain contract templates in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, or corporate policies with Japan legal department and HCC.
- Provide technical and operational expertise in efficient preparation,　negotiation, finalization, execution and amending, as applicable, of Site Contracts.
- Provide specialized support for negotiations in confidentiality agreements, informed consent forms and other ancillary contract documents as required.
- Manage full contract and amendment lifecycle.
- Train TMs/SMs/CROs on CTA processes and Budget Negotiation parameters.資格必須要件＜職務経験＞・企業・弁護士事務所での職務経験・契約作成・交渉業務経験　5年程度（契約作成のサポート業務を除く）＜必要とする能力・スキル＞・日本語・英語を問わずコミュニケーションスキルが高く，チームメンバーと協働できる方・自ら考え積極的に行動できる方・Global環境での仕事への適応性のある方歓迎要件＜職務経験＞・製薬企業での職務経験　5年程度＜資格／免許＞・弁護士資格プライマリ場所Asia Pacific-日本-東京都-千代田区組織Janssen Pharmaceutical K.K.
