For our Global Supply Chain organization we are looking for a highly committed SAP P01 Business Program LeaderThe Supply Chain and Global Finance organizations at Johnson & Johnson are undergoing significant change, to enable growth and value for Johnson & Johnson through a Global Integrated Supply Chain organization that optimizes services, reduces costs and enables quality and compliance, as well as the roll-out of the Global Finance shared service organization that drives significant efficiencies and improved controls. An important element in delivering the Global Supply Chain enterprise strategy is the establishment of the Back to Basics (BtB) Program.
The overall purpose for the creation of the BtB team is to translate corporate strategy into a clear picture of J&J's Enterprise Supply Chain and Global Finance business models by defining key strategic capabilities, standard processes, quality and compliance standards & supporting infrastructure. BtB is a process-based business transformation Program to deliver the Supply Chain strategic enterprise capabilities and enable Supply Chain and Finance efficiencies.
As the overall Business Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for the successful business transformation through the adoption and deployment of SAP P01 to the targeted locations and business units across the functions in scope (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, etc).Reporting into the DePuy Synthes Plan PMO, the role will have overall executional accountability for Site Readiness and Change Management, ensuring that the business changes are understood, implemented, and aligned with the SAP P01 template while meeting business needs and mitigating risk. Furthermore, this role will act as the primary leadership conduit between the SAP P01 Governance and Business Process teams and the impacted business units, ensuring appropriate requirements (i.e. site resources, key decisions, etc) are conveyed and all key stakeholders aligned.
The role can be based either in Zuchwil / SO or in Neuchatel / NE.Your responsibilities
- Solution Readiness – Ensure the end-state, integrated, solution meets business needs across all impacted functions (end-to-end) and is aligned with the SAP P01 template. Define and manage cross-functional Value Stream Teams through various phases of testing and business simulation.
- Stakeholder Management – Ensure key stakeholders are identified, engaged, and aligned across various key discussions and decisions.
- Business Resource Management – Ensure appropriate subject matter experts are engaged and dedicated to the initiative as needed. Partner closely with process leads and business leaders to identify required resources and de-prioritize conflicts where they arise.
- Change Management – Partner with process leads and subject matter experts to identify major changes across People, Process, and Technology. Work with owners to proactively implement Change Impact Mitigations and appropriate communications
- Site Readiness – Partner with process leads and subject matter experts in order to develop and execute a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan that enables the impacted functions to migrate onto the new platform successfully (i.e. transactional data clean-up, re-labeling, physical inventory counts, business cut-over planning, etc).
- Communications – Provide proactive, concise, and pertinent communications to key stakeholders and impacted users as they relate to project execution, business transformations, change impacts, etc. On an on-going basis, gauge the organizational “pulse” through various means (i.e. dialog, surveys, etc) in order to better understand external perspectives and opportunities.
- Training Delivery – Partner with impacted leaders to understand end-user audience, needs, changes, and deliver required training.

- Ensure that appropriate subject matter experts and process leads are engaged and on-track with business deliverables as defined by J&J SDLC.Travel up to 50% to impacted sitesQualifikationen
- 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations/Supply Chai
- SAP or other major ERP implementation experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable
- Certification in areas of expertise desirable
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions. Experience with end-Customer touch-points is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English required, good level of German or French preferred
- Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery
- Strong people management and development skill
- Customer focus (internal & external)
- Global experience (with multiple countries, regions) and associated cultural awareness required
- Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Make execution desired
- Process re-engineering experience desired
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills required
