The Professional Education Manager will develop a deep understanding of the current clinical educational environment across MISSA countries in order to develop and refine a Professional Education strategy and execute on a portfolio of offerings that will advance patient outcomes.
Main Accountabilities:
- Recruit, contract and train a broad range of educational suppliers
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and create buy-in across those groups.
- Understand clinical educational gaps and needs and how these interplay with strategic priorities
- Understand the health environment and work closely with MISSA Sales and Marketing team
- Develop and execute a Professional Education Strategy & Tactical plan
- Development of relationships across Emerging Markets Professional Education Team with a focus on collaboration and efficient use of emerging market resources
- Work closely with identified local KOLs and surgeons to deliver local Professional Education workshops and events
- Development of internal & external communications
- Contract management of key education suppliers
- Management of overall logistics of educational events in conjunction with Prof Ed coordinator (logistics, follow-up, reporting, etc.)
- Collaboration with Marketing Managers to develop and deliver applicable Prof Ed programs
- Managing relationships with key educational bodies and surgical societies
- Reporting of Professional Education delivery and creation of Professional Education database
- Development of relationships with Worldwide and EMEA Teams
- Development of relationships with international KOLs
- Undertake Market visits as required to deliver upon Professional Education commitments
- Working within HCC Guidelines to ensure all education activities are compliantQualificationsExperience & Qualifications6-8 Years of related experience, 2-3 years of People Management ExperienceBA Degree is requiredExperience in the Medical Devices Portfolio, also in Hospital Medical Device Sales & MarketingA strong understanding of the principles of marketing and the development of strategic and tactical plans, along with international experience.
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with enthusiasm and determination to succeed.
Customer focused, innovative and self-confident to drive through new ideas.
Multi-specialty / cross Business Unit experience is desirable.
Ability to speak Persian, Arabic, French or Portuguese would be advantageous.
