Be Vital in this role:You will build and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons and nursing staff ensuring they are conversant with the use of DePuy Synthes Spine & Neuro products.
The successful candidate would provide support with highly technical data and product expertise. You will have a passion for the medical devices and healthcare industries, have outstanding communication skills and the ability to impart technical information.
You will have a reputation for sales success, building strong relationships across the business and achieving high levels of customer engagement.
QualificationsBe Valued for who you are:We are looking for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record in developing business. Having experience in in the Orthopaedic or Medical Device sales industry is an advantage. Understanding of physiology and anatomy would be preferred.
Key to your success will be your confidence in your ability to work effectively in the operating theatre, demonstrating a high level of clinical expertise whilst being extremely effective at imparting information of a highly technical nature.
You will have a strong track record of achievement, demonstrating the following competencies:
- A collaborative, results orientated style and approach;
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning & achievement drive;
- The ability to learn new technical information quickly;
- The ability to develop and manage relationships with a highly educated surgeon based clientele;
- High integrity in line with our company's core values.
