We are currently recruiting for a Product Listing Agreement (PLA) Manager. This position is responsible for the implementation of Product Listing Agreements (PLA). Accountabilities include:Review and management of all PLA agreements (Public and Private Payers). Responsible for timely & accurate reconciliation of PLA rebates and payments to provincial/federal/private payers, in collaboration with internal & external partners.
Provide consultative advice, expertise and interpretation of product listing agreements with internal business partners to support reimbursement strategies. Optimize and manage PLA processes for PLA review & invoice payments.
Develop & implement market access strategies for Patriot brands. This may include: preparing reimbursement submission, reports and other materials aligned with the value proposition to be communicated to decision makers and payers based on clinical and economic data.
Collaboration with Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement teams to ensure alignment and implementation of regional reimbursement strategies.
Assess Canadian generic policy landscape and impact on reimbursement strategies for marketed brands.
QualificationsUndergraduate degree in life sciences or business, is required; post graduate degree is an asset.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or similar industry, with accountability for interpretation of contractual documents, applying business and financial acumen.
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical lifecycle management.
Proven ability to problem-solve and apply critical thinking; proactively and creatively address emerging issues.
High degree of self-awareness and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); well-developed presentation skills to influence recommendations.
Strong organizational and project management skills with superior attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and advanced EXCEL skills an asset.
