The Product Director will be accountable for understanding and implementing strategies in conjunction with our alliance partner to influence the treatment landscape in the Oncology marketplace.
Specific responsibilities for in-line Oncology indications include leading the patient experience strategy and tactical execution to create a competitive advantage (including patients and other key patient stakeholders), in conjunction with our alliance partner. This individual will liaison with both internal and alliance partners to develop a public relations plan and advocacy plan. Responsibilities also include leading the non-personal strategy and asset creation for the professional and consumer audiences, in partnership with our alliance partner. The individual will also contribute to budget, annual business and strategic plans, and plan of action management.
The individual will also be accountable for leading the competitive marketing strategy and assessing key performance indicators for the brand. The Product Director will play a pivotal leadership role in driving overall direction and business results in Oncology.

QualificationsB.A./B.S. required; MBA or other related advanced degree a plus.7 years of business experience required; 5 years pharmaceutical or consumer experience preferred. Experience in the Oncology sector is a plus. 3 years of marketing experience required. People management experience preferred.
Demonstrated experiences in the following areas are critical:Leadership, business results, innovation, proactivity, and strong analytical skills with excellent overall business acumen and interdependent partnering. Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and influencing without authority required. Ideal candidate will thrive in high-growth, dynamic marketplace.
This position is located in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% travel.
