Job Summary :PPIC Supervisor duties is to assist Associate Planning Manager to create Production/Material Requirement Plan and to monitor the execution in order to fulfill demand from customer in the most effective and efficient way.
Key Tasks and Accountabilities :
- Create constrained weekly MPS (incl. NPIs)
- Planning and freeze period management of production activities
- Perform capacity planning (RCCP/MPS) in terms of resources, shifts, equipment and shut downs
- Plant inventory RPM mgmt
- SLOB management
- Manage, allocate and adjust resources, events and processes within the guidelines of the production plan (incl. sequencing of the production plan)
- Creating and maintaining the accuracy of Master Data and ensure timely completeness
- Review and validation of plant performance data and planning parameters
- Ensure material and supplier information accuracy
- Reorder regularly stocked products and ensure availability of materials (incl. NPI)
- Interface with suppliers to understand capacity and resolve issues (NCs, paymentsa)
- Communicate future requirements to suppliers

QualificationsQualifications :
- Graduated from University or other graduate
- Has an experience in planning for 3 years and has capability for planning activities
- Can operate computer system and other programs in line with planning such as SAP
