PSR will develop and sustain positive customer relationships through on site visits, OR and professional conference visits, personal communication and timely follow through. This person will also be responsible for developing and managing surgeon relationships within HCC guidelines. PSR needs to use his/her product knowledge to present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes' products.2) Commercial Insights: Develop market insight for new and existing product areas including: Market size, growth and penetration projections; Customer and Stakeholder requirements; Competitors and products; Surgeon segmentation analysis and other stakeholder analysis (e.g., payors, providers, patients, policy);3) Commercial Success: Engage global stakeholders to align insights, strategy, direction, and resources to deliver current and future commercial success. Targets and manages assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget. This responsibility includes market appropriate platform development and the creation of solutions where opportunities exist.4) Channel Management: Lead or drive the strategic planning process and dialog for his/her channels to enable the creation and communication of winning strategies and ensure the proper alignment of resources to achieve company goals[Requirement]
