The regulatory classification of the products is principally OTC drug. The product line includes acne treatment products, sun protection, facial care as well as other hair and skin care products.

The Master Data Lead is responsible for ensuring that all open material requests are addressed. This individual is expected to develop the expertise in appropriate values and usage for Planning. This individual performs the entry of material data for Planning. The Master Data Lead is responsible for the maintenance of training documents and training of all those with Master Data responsibility. This individual ensures a common process and usage through working with the entire federated network. The Material Data Analyst drives the continual development of testing for quality and remediation of Master Data errors. The individual participates in project teams working on regulatory and mod changes and manages the changing of bill of materials for phase in-phase outs as well as assist in the creation of bill of materials for new products and reformulations. The Material Data Analyst will develop a process for tracking material data setup on new products and reformulations. The role will act as the change management project leader for the team and will play point with the Project Management team for item code setup and materials tracking in order to support line trials and validation batches. The individual will partner with Packaging Engineers in remote locations to ensure all roles and responsibilities are completed to allow for material data setup. The individual will lead projects and develop/improve processes as necessary for the LAP Plant Planning Team.
QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience are required. Prior experience working in a regulated environment is desirable. Experience with an Enterprise Resource System such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or a similar system is required. Advanced use of Microsoft Excel is preferred. Prior Data Analytics and reporting skills are preferred. An understanding and application of current Good Manufacturing Practices experience is (cGMP) is preferred. Lean or Six Sigma preferred. Solid influencing skills to drive process and technical improvements and the ability to drive change and innovation within a functional area are required. The ability to thrive in a team environment while collaborating with cross-functional partners is required.
