We are seeking an EMEA Marketing Manager based in Leeds.
Role Purpose:Healthcare across EMEA has evolved into a series of complex & multi-layered accounts with an increasing number of stakeholders & influencers. Payers, patients & policy makers are looking increasingly for companies to offer true value added solutions rather than market leading products. The Depuy Synthes Marketing Manager will work in partnership with J&J Medical/Depuy EMEA Healthcare Policy, Health Economics/Reimbursement & Depuy Strategic Account Team to develop non clinical stakeholder sales strategy. Engage with Health Economic and Market Access (HEMA) Teams, local-market SAM Analysts, Depuy Product Managers & Franchise Marketing & Communications Manager to develop value based healthcare solutions for the non-clinical stakeholder.
Responsibilities:Work with J&J Medical Healthcare Policy Group to communicate internally to the business the micro & macroeconomic environment within the UK & Ireland Healthcare MarketDevelop Value & Cost Avoidance Tools in conjunction with Local Markets, HEMA, Logistics, ecommerce, Process Excellence & Product Manager functionsWork in conjunction with SAM Analyst to develop insights, & e-tools capabilityQualificationsQualifications:Degree in business or marketingExperience, skills and competencies (REQUIRED):Strong track record of successful new product introductionsAwareness of market access challenges and solutionsStrong track record of successful engagement with non-clinical stakeholdersAppetite to build on knowledge and experience of marketing to non-clinical stakeholdersStrong understanding of the EMEA healthcare marketExperience of successful project management/leadershipAwareness of NICE and other types of Health Technology AssessmentAwareness of National Joint Registries and PROMS collectionStrong communication skills and the ability to orientation with the ability to prioritise and manage complex list of projects to completionAbility to synthesise clinical and health economic evidence into messages easily understood by non-clinical stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in cross-functional matrix to successfully deliver objectives to time and budgetMultiyear experience in the EMEA health care or pharmaceutical industryDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and individuallyIs a very good internal and external communicatorExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent personal presentationExperience, skills and competencies (DESIRABLE):Foreign Language skills (German, Italian, French, Spanish)Degree in Business/MarketingExperience in Marketing RolesExperience with /understanding of the influence of Commissioners and Payers (PCTs)Track record of overcoming complex market access challengesAbility to think and plan strategically aligned with capability implement/execute plansSolid understanding of the principles of HTA and Health EconomicsPrevious experience of developing business cases and value propositions to support market access strategiesExperience of delivering reimbursement and HTA information to internal sales & marketing teamsMarketing Sales experience beneficialPrimary Location:Europe/Middle East/Africa-United Kingdom-England-LeedsOrganization: Johnson & Johnson Medical Ltd.
