Now, for Janssen Turkey Marketing & Business Affairs Department, we are looking for a highly committed Marketing & Business Affairs Manager / Country Value Team Leader based in İstanbul.
- Working in collaboration with CVT members, the CVTL leads the group and integrates cross functional expertise to harmonize and localize the EMEA brand value strategic plan and to adapt it at local level, maximizing alignment to EMEA guidelines.
- The CVTL is the owner of the Local Brand Value Plan and as such will have expert knowledge of all aspects around the brand in Turkey
- local customer needs and requirements, competitive environment, and business imperatives. Using this knowledge the CVTL will make key decisions around how to achieve commercial success for the brand.
- The CVTL is responsible for the successful commercial implementation of the brand value plan at OpCo level by developing go-to-market and channel strategy. The CVTL outlines and leads the customer strategy, customer value-added initiatives and stakeholder engagement plans. As local market expert, the CVTL will be expected to contribute to the identification of unmet customer needs and future evolution of products and services ‘around the pill’, constantly using the knowledge of the Customer to provide input and guidance to the organization.
In this respect:
- Conveys the EMEA brand vision at local level in order to shape a local brand value plan aligned to the EMEA brand value plan and strategic planning process, including local budget allocation and resourcing model management.
- Has the ability to review the EMEA brand value plan and provide objective input for his country/region (e.g. Regulatory, Market Access).
- Works in collaboration with the IBVTL (Integrated Brand Value Team Leaders)/ CVTL network and raises any issues from a local perspective.
- Leads the implementation of the segmentation, targeting, channel and marketing mix strategy at a local level, taking into consideration local market and customer needs.
- Responsible for managing the P&L of the TA at OpCo level, forecasting and budgeting.
- Responsible for monitoring the brand performance at local level and providing leadership with standard KPIs and metrics.
- Develops commercial tactics and messages plans to drive optimal launch and best brand positioning at local level, aligned with the EMEA brand strategy and product positioning.
- Leads the Country Value Team providing commercial leadership and ensures the CVT achieves the required deliverables.
- Collaborates within the CVTL network for sharing best practices in terms of processes, deliverables, approaches.
- Shows strong leadership in matrix organization by managing effective communication& partnership with the other functions.
- Takes responsibility to support (training, mentoring, motivation) his/her direct reports to improve their performance and their development.
- Develops a network of customer relationships and implements a stakeholder-specific engagement plan to deliver the brand value proposition locally and is able to conduct peer to peer conversation.
Qualificationsbr/>
- University graduate
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing position with solid performance preferably in pharmaceutical sector
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strategic thinking and professional communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams and proven ability to influence and inspire others without authority.
- Builds strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders
- Adopts efficient and quality focused working as a principle
- Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values and International HCBI Guide
- Excellent command of English
