The Manager, Global Brand Management, ACUVUE® Brand, Digital Marketing will take ownership in defining the digital marketing strategy and globally repeatable best practices, standards and centralized capabilities to increase and accelerate digital activation for the ACUVUE® Brand regions and markets. This will enable digital marketing to be strategically and efficiently embedded as part Integrated Marketing Communications, resulting in greater value delivered globally. The successful incumbent will also develop social media strategies, programs, and content for the ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses Portfolio such as, Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, Google+, Pinterest, Snapchat, tumblr and Instagram. As the Social Media subject matter expert, this leader champions consumer-centric as well as Eye Care Professional (ECP) focused digital best practices in appropriate social media platforms, mobile apps, as well as our own website and professional sites. He/She is responsible for ensuring the highest standards/quality content and will lead the global Acuvue® digital marketing tool kit development and support regional/local market roll-out and execution. This leader will develop KPIs and take the reins on sharing insights and providing guidance to the Global Brand Management team regarding trends he/she is monitoring within the community. The Manager, Global Brand Management, ACUVUE® Brand, Digital Marketing adheres to environmental policy, procedures, supports department environmental objectives and engages in Credo-based decision-making.
The Manager, Global Brand Management, ACUVUE® Brand, Digital Marketing will act as voice of the ACUVUE® Brand to cultivate, engage and grow social communities on key platforms; execute social media campaigns with excellence in collaboration with digital strategists, brand marketers, agencies, legal, and customer care across all regions; provide “Point of Views” (POVs) on existing and emerging social media marketing technologies, channels and tactics to help marketers evaluate available social digital marketing opportunities; perform other related duties as assigned by management; under general supervision, works within established guidelines and has flexibility as to method, priority and timing of job duties.
QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing for a CPG Marketer, Healthcare Marketer or Digital/PR/Media Agency is preferred. Fluency in the integrated marketing communications and the role digital plays in the consumer experience and cross-channel marketing mix is required. Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how web, mobile, social, search and e-commerce channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales is required. Familiarity with audience segmentation and direct experience with web measurement/analytics is required. Familiarity with and hands-on use of all major social media platforms, i.e., Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, Google+, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Instagram is required.
The successful candidate must have experience gathering/utilizing information for reports on Social Media campaigns and KPIs. Direct experience with digital measurement/analytics tools is preferred. Proven success in optimizing content based on social measurement and research is required.
The successful candidate must have the ability to clearly articulate and present social media recommendations and campaign results to team members and management. A passion for understanding the consumer mindset and keeping up with media and technology trends; exceptional customer insight skills and the ability to translate those insights into actionable business ideas is required.
This person must be able to be an individual contributor, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity. A leader and team-builder with a passion for working with creative people is mandatory. The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies is required.
Exceptional writing, communication/presentation and influence skills are also required. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making is required. Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Knowledge of social media management tools (“SMMT”) landscape and experience with a variety of tools and Content Management Systems is preferred. Candidates must be up to date with content marketing, social media, advertising and digital media trends.
This position will be located in Jacksonville, FL and may require up to 35% travel.
