Momenteel zijn we voor onze locatie in Beerse op zoek naar een Labo specialist IT systemen CRS labo.
Uw functie:
- Als eLIMS site key user voor PDMS Beerse neemt u deel aan globale meetings en volgt u 'major issues' op met het IT team
- eerstelijns ondersteuning van eLIMS gebruikers in PDMS Beerse: U bent verantwoordelijk voor opleiding, dynamische aanpassingen, problem solving en beheer useraccounts
- eerstelijns ondersteuning van ELN gebruikers in CRS Beerse: opleiding en problem solving
- eerstelijns ondersteuning voor andere computersystemen in CRS Beerse (vb LES)
- eerste contactpunt voor eLIMS MasterData groep
- vertegenwoordiger van AD-EU in ELN Heavy Weight Team
- input geven voor globale IT gerelateerde processen en procedures
- initiëren/uitwerken/opvolgen van nieuwe IT computersystemen en optimalisaties aan bestaande systemen en interfaces
- opstellen/uitvoering/opvolging officiële testsen i.f.v. wijzigingen aan computersystemen en interfaces
- afwijkingsbehandeling is een belangrijk deel van de functie

- Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels
- Ervaring in een labo omgeving
- Ervaring met labo IT systemen
- Ervaring met GMP
- Goede communicatievaardigheden die u in staat stellen gebruikersvereisten van het labo te vertalen naar het technisch IT team
- Ervaring met leiden van verbeteringsprojecten is een voordeel
- Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken
