- Supervising production operation and work to meet goals.
- Establishes personnel schedules and product lines based on business needs.
- Provides input to production flow and identifies potential manufacturing issues.
- Compiles and submits data for production and operating reports.
- Lead and support kaizen process, reliability, safety, and compliance management.
- Trains staff in the areas of safety and quality and observes to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Provides input to operational budget and manages costs to improve business' financial results.
- Management of reoccurring issues for customer complaints and deviation
- Responsible for packing team documentation regarding validation, qualification, batch record, SOP, Change control and CAPA of packing processes and equipmentRequirements
- Generally requires over 5 years’ experience for pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging.
- Validation and qualification.
- Lean and 6 sigma project or manage a project team.
- Provides input to operational budget.
- Fluent English.
