Our Family of Companies throughout the world compete in consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical devices and diagnostics markets and have the skills and resources to tackle the world's most pressing health issues.1. 포지션(Position): [Janssen] Healthcare Compliance Specialist2. 계열사(Sector): 한국얀센(Janssen)3. 근무지(Location): 서울(Seoul)4. 근무 형태(Position Type): 계약직(Contractor)[Summary]Implements the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program locally under supervision of the Health Care Compliance Officer of JK to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Serves as a strategic business partner for employees and coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day to day business.[Responsibilities]The position will ensure that the HCC program effectively prevents and/or detects violations of law, regulations, policies, or the Code of Conduct in respective partnering franchises and/or departments:1. Partnering with employees to ensure compliance ownership and right tone at the top.2. Ensure business activities with HCPs/government officials are planned in consistence with applicable HCC policies and procedures by reviewing and pre-approving those activities.3. Acting as a consultant, provide day-to-day guidance, advice to covered employees.4. Deploy HCC policies and/or procedures in covered department by providing necessary training and/or communication to covered employees, managing changes, and monitoring implementation.5. Tailor HCC training materials to fit into the needs and business context of covered department, and delivered frequent trainings to covered employees at various levels such as franchise/department leadership, regional level, and/or territory level.6. Participate company HCC monitoring program to identify warning signals and/or gaps, and provide meaningful feedbacks to franchise/department leadership so that appropriate corrective actions are taken accordingly.7. Manage risks involving third party intermediaries by implementing the due diligence process in covered business areas, including training to business sponsors, coordinating the process with franchise operation team, reviewing due diligence questionnaires.8. Implementing and following up on the Management Action Plan, and guide the business partners to close gaps and implement corrective actions.9. Implementing the escalation process for serious allegations, as appropriate.10. Stimulating and contributing to innovative approaches towards HCP’s and GOs consistent with the HCC/HCBI guidelines and framework.11. Providing metrics as required.12. Assist investigation related to covered business areas.13. Interface with legal counsel regarding HCC requirements and interpretation.14. Interface with the global/regional HCC community to share approaches to HCC.[Requirements]Education and Experience:
- BA/BS, advanced degree or equivalent preferred
- 5 year experience and/or knowledge of FCPA and related laws, regulations and industry codes in the healthcare industry desirable, but not a must
- For internal candidates, knowledge of the J&J HCBI Guide, FCPA and related regulations desirable, but not a mustSkills and Abilities:
