The Inside Sales Representative will represent the organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects in order to sell the organization's products. Partner with outside sales teammates to provide customers maximum support including providing clinical and technical education. Generate sales of all non-capital products including service contracts, consumable and biocide products. Maintain records and reports of telephone activities to ensure proper coverage. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: document review and administering the sales process through product delivery.
This role is eligible for commission. In order to cover multiple time zones, this role will have variable shift starting/ending times.
Responsibilities will include:Maintain and increase ASP non-capital product sales in a manner consistent with company goals in assigned territoryEnsure compliance objectives are met with quote and order accuracyUtilize Customer Relationship Management software to document sales activitiesInterface with headquarters (Customer Advocacy, Product Complaints, and Technical Service) on behalf of assigned customer to assist with issue resolution and ensure best possible customer experiencePartner with Sales Specialists and Market Development Specialists to qualify leads and increase customer loyaltyProvide voice of customer (VOC) to the US Marketing teamAssist Customer Advocate with escalated issue resolutionProvide customer support within assigned accountsMaintain sales order process from receipt through shipmentOperate the territorial business within the guidelines expressed in the J&J Business Conduct Policy, HCC/GCC policy, and the J&J CredoQualificationsBachelor's degree is required.
Excellent telephone, listening, problem-solving, and assertiveness skills are required.
Previous experience is preferred in one or more of the following: Inside Sales, Customer Service, Territory Management.
The ability to work in a commission driven position with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals is preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare, regulated environment or Hospital or Ambulatory experience is preferred.
Experience working with customers via telephone is preferred.
