We are seeking a HCP Liaison Associate to be base in Leeds.
Job Scope:The HCP Liaison Team are a dedicated support function working with respective business areas to manage all DePuy Synthes EMEA consultancy based contractual activity and payments between DePuy Synthes and Health Care Professionals (HCPs). This allows for greater customer focus by reducing the number of contact points for HCPs and maintaining compliant activity. Maintaining and developing efficient processes that support timely approval, control and ensures seamless communication is essential. It is important that the team can adapt to the changing needs of the business. As an integral business function, the HCP Liaison Team need to work effectively with internal business partners to manage business activity and budgets effectively.
The team liaises on a global scale, within a global business and as such it is essential to be proactive in managing the contractual process within language barrier and time zone constraints.
The Role:The HCP Liaison Associate is a varied role which includes taking responsibility and ownership of business activity. From handling requests from the business to utilise HCPs; to supporting internal and external customers through the compliance and legal processes. The successful candidate will have a proven background in delivering customer excellence and demonstrating skills to effectively communicate appropriately with a wide range of people from all backgrounds and professions across multiple channels. Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving mind set are essential and experience within complicated logistics or event management would be preferred.
Responsibilities:To deliver a smooth and efficient support service to international internal stakeholders and the contracted HCPsTo represent yourself, the team and the company in the best possible way at all timesWork closely with relevant Business Units to ascertain full justification and alignment with business strategy to enable full completion of contractTaking ownership and being responsible for the end to end process from initiation to payment for serviceEffectively chasing the Evidence of Service for specific activity for which you are managing the contract and paymentsEfficient and timely communication with internal business groups and HCPsManage an effective set up process for all EMEA Consultancy agreements for DePuy SynthesQualificationsRequired Skills:To consider the customer and service delivery in all that you do.
