Your responsibility will not be limited to a specific job
- you will lead global market access projects with key strategic business implications.
Your area of responsibility will cover projects for developed markets as well as for emerging healthcare systems.
To maximize the learning opportunities a senior market access leader will coach you as part of your project assignments.

Global Market Access & Policy works in close collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Pharmaceutical Research & Development, and our Operating Companies around the Globe to enable worldwide patient access to our healthcare innovations.
QualificationsWe are looking for aspirational Market Access individuals who can go beyond the obvious and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to unlock innovative market access potential where others do not see it. We require that discussing with public stakeholders and convincing them is a motivational driver for you. You excel in cross-cultural teams and know how to successfully navigate through complex matrix environments and get things done. You are eager to learn and can apply past learning in new situations. You have demonstrated these leadership behaviors for at least 5 years in prior market access or market access related roles. You must have experience in health economics, reimbursement, pricing, real world evidence (RWE) and/or other Market Access related fields. A Master's Degree is required, advanced degrees are preferred. You will be required up to 30% domestic and international travel. Future relocation ability is helpful.
