The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.
Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.
CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.
The CLS Franchise Integration Manager in the CLS Global Distribution Operation plays pivotal role in managing the relationship between the franchise supply chains, commercial and quality organizations and the CLS functions. This manager is responsible for understanding the franchise strategy and translating it into the CLS Strategy together with the S&D organization; represents CLS in implementing key strategic initiatives such new production introduction (especially those requires new capability in CLS space), business model change (divesture, acquisition) and supply network change etc. This manager will also collaborate with CLS organization outside US to achieve global franchise goals and objectives, and drive deployment of those global strategic initiatives in standardized and efficient approach.
The Franchise Integration Manager is responsible to connect the Franchise, Commercial, Quality, Finance and CLS teams by representing the franchise business goals and objectives to CLS and CLS goals and objectives to the franchise.
The Franchise Integration Manager will lead the shaping of deliver capabilities to meet the growth objectives of our franchises through Global connections to CLS resources world-wide; customer focused product supply strategies, and new business capabilities. The individual will deliver compliance and customer service excellence through collaboration, project management, process standardization and measurement. The Franchise Integration manager will drive financial efficiency by identifying opportunities, providing innovative options and overseeing the franchise component of the implementation of new solutions.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree Required. 8 +years of relevant Supply Chain experience. Proven success working in complex, highly matrixed, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist. Multi-sector experience is preferred. Must have working knowledge of supply chain planning process. Must demonstrate successful project management, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Strong analytical background preferred. Order Management process and SAP experience preferred. Knowledge and exposure/experience with multiple classes of Trade (mass merchandise, retail pharmacy, managed care, Medicare, mail order etc.) is preferred. Knowledge of Health Care industry required.
Must have strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain; strong collaboration skills and able to influence without authority; demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value; global mindset and ability of connecting people in different regions; sold problem solving and analytical experience influencing skills; innovative with good learning agility; LEAN/SIX SIGMA, APICS; proven Project management skills (PMP certification preferred); Proficient in English (written and oral).J2W : LI NABE VITAL in your career.
