The Financial Analyst – PA Cluster will play a key role in the support of the Lititz and other PA cluster manufacturing facilities and their ongoing performance. He/she will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of site financial processes and metrics that are fully integrated with the North America Supply Chain MAKE organization. He/she will report to the Sr. Finance Manager for the PA Make cluster.
The key responsibilities include the following: He/she will be developing Lititz plant fixed overhead spending budgets, updates for the major forecasts, reporting of actual results and analysis of variances as well as be in charge of the maintenance of detailed outside service, developmental stability and Maximo spending analysis. He/she will be responsible for maintenance and updates of spending forecasts in TM1 and SAP as well as have partnerships with Lead Analyst to develop and deploy reporting, dashboards, metrics and business scorecards. The Financial Analyst – PA Cluster will also be responsible for submission of capital projects into ARIBA as well as be responsible for the preparation of CCN documents to support the closure of capital projects by GFS including the grouping of assets, asset tagging and tax review. He/she will be responsible for depreciation and appropriation forecasts and Instantis validation for Lititz for capital projects. He/she will also be responsible for the coordination/facilitation of the fixed asset physical count and impairment review as well as be responsible for annual plant physical and/or cycle count reporting. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for monthly review of Open PO and mismatch reports and resulting accruals and also support financial policies and procedures that adhere to internal control procedures and SOX. He/she will develop and institutionalize ongoing daily processes to ensure timely & accurate systems data.
QualificationsA minimum of an Associate degree is required with a BA/BS preferred. A major in Finance or Accounting is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required. Prior experience in Operations Finance and SAP budgeting is preferred.
