Field Service Engineer (Ortho Clinical Diagnostics)-1500056124WDescriptionJob Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing on-site technical and engineering support to ensure maximum productivity of Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics (OCD) systems.
- Determines technical solutions in accordance product and customer specifications.
- Ensure the timely and accurate of field service support to the customers, such as Installation, Maintenance, Repair and Modification for OCD systems.
- Keep monitor the optimal inventory level of the spare parts and repairing and maintenance materials.
QualificationsRequirement:
- Diploma or above qualification in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- At least one year relevant experience, or experience in medical laboratory diagnostics field will be an advantage
- Strong team player with effective communication skills and organizing and problem solving abilities
- Self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented, patient and proactive with promptness to act and address customers’ needs
- Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and EnglishHow to Apply:
