- Revenues of J&J’s Consumer business in EMEA are about US$ 4.5bn.

- Gpex/Plan/Source/Make/Source leadership teamsSCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSEThe Johnson & Johnson Consumer Supply Chain EMEA organization is an integrated product supply organization with end-to-end supply chain/operations management responsibilities including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing (internal & external), Logistics & Customer Service (via CLS) and support of new product introduction. This organization operates out of Zug, Switzerland. The role sits on the regional Supply Planning Team and is involved in Supply Planning Optimization processes. The main scope and basic purpose of the role are the following:
- Work with Supply Planning organisations to understand current processes to drive End to End Lead-time improvement project from managing the supply for a defined portfolio.
- Support the on-going EMEA Supply Network Strategies Initiatives and responsible for data analytics to support on-going Supply initiatives.
- Manage Continuous Improvement projects to increase value from Supply Planning organization.
- Support Supply Planning Leads in defining and creating Supply dashboards covering Global KPI definitions.
KEY MEASURES
- Delivery of 0.5% UFR improvement and leadtime reduction.
- Manage a SKU portfolio (20% of work time)
- Definition and support from deployment of LEAN and CI tools
- Defined and agreed Supply Planning KPI’sQualificationsREQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Freshly graduated with a University Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business, Self-starter with high integrity and ethical behavior
- Partnership, collaboration and teamwork skills, Strong communication skills
- Analytical Decision Making skills and Learning on the Fly
- Fluent in English, (other languages nice to have)
- Positive sense of urgency towards achieving results
- Personal computer proficiency including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to connect with department leaders and operate in a matrix environment.
- Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.
