For our European Head Quarter based in Zuchwil we are looking for a highly committed EMEA Marketing Manager Mitek KneeJob purposeManages and coordinates critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. This job reports into an EMEA Group Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Marketing and sales responsibility for a product portfolio range and actively cooperate with country sales, product management, R&D, supply chain, medical affairs and marketing communications.
- Manage portfolio lifecycle and portfolio segmentation, forecasting, developing business cases for new products, support in strategic portfolio planning and coordinate supply chain challenges
- Support selected country business leaders in developing and executing national sales strategies, strategic account management, business development, annual business planning and regular business reviews
- Develop marketing campaigns and marketing materials
- Organize new product introduction
- Develop pricing strategies and monitor execution with the countries
- Support key opinion leaders management
- Support professional education and EMEA wide sales training
- Develop and promote international reference centers
- Provide input for marketing plan preparation work
- Collaborate with worldwide product directors and R&D on product pipeline and prioritization
- Support countries in tender process
- Gain deep market insight and understanding (including competitive assessments) and drive this knowledge into the marketsQualifications
- Qualifications & Experience
- University graduate preferably in a life science or business related topic
- Chartered institute of marketing diploma is an advantage but not essential
- Previous successful marketing and sales experience or successful career in product development or product management in the medical device industry is a must (5+ years minimum)
- English mandatory, German/French/Italian is a plusPrincipal Required Competencies
