The Johnson and Johnson Diabetes Solutions Companies are currently recruiting for the Marketing Leadership Development (MLDP).ABOUT THE DIABETES SOULTIONS COMPANIES MARKETING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:The Diabetes Solutions Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) provides top MBA graduates a unique opportunity to leverage their business training and diverse experiences to have an immediate impact to the company. The program offers unique placement opportunities upon graduation in locations across the United States.
The MLDP is a 2-year program consisting of three rotations in marketing or other key commercial business functions, complemented by mentorship and formal training. Successful candidates will earn promotion to a Marketing Manager role upon completion of the program.
As a MLDP participant, you will be responsible for work that deals with strategic business issues as well as have significant exposure to business leaders and cross-functional areas. Participants will be expected to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the critical issues, decision-making, and project management skills. The ability to work independently is required. Strong problem solving, organizational, communication and analytical skills are essential.
QualificationsIn order to be eligible for this position, candidates must be graduate students completing his/her MBA in 2016. Concentration in Healthcare Management preferred. A minimum of 4 years of business experience required. Must have proven analytical skills and cycles of success in a professional business environment. Must be able to think strategically, influence, and be able to execute a plan effectively. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills are a must. Ability to work in a team environment with sound judgment, creativity and perseverance are required.
Must be able to relocate for and during the MLDP rotations as well as for final placement.
