Position Title: Dental Sales Representative – Bradford, Leeds, Bolton, Preston, Oldham ( L204 )Location: Headoffice is based in Maidenhead, UKClosing Date: 10TH July 2015Position Summary:We now have a great opportunity for a Dental Sales Representative to join our Consumer business. The Dental Sales Representative is responsible for developing and implementing an agreed Territory Business Plan designed to maximise sales and brand market shares within their territory.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing an agreed Territory Business Plan designed to maximise sales and brand market shares within their territory.
- .Monitor the success of the territory by analysing territory data and make appropriate adjustments to achieve agreed goals and objectives.
- Obtain, share and communicate all relevant information across all levels of the organisation to enhance our knowledge and understanding of the market.
- Present to both individuals and groups in an informal and formal manner to a very high standard.
- Initiate, develop and utilise relationships with customers and professionals to influence others.
- Cultivate effective relationships with individuals at all levels both internal and external that improve organisational and business performance.
- Attend relevant conferences, seminars and industry meetings to continually improve market and industry knowledge.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- BA Degree is a benefit.
- Ability to pass the PAGB PLP/BDTA.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable. Dental sales experience very beneficial for this role.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain strong commercial and professional relationships with customers.
- Ability to Effectively modify and use appropriate behavior to identify and exceed the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Full Clean Driving License.
- Computer Literate.
