In order to streamline the complexity of the current MISSA (Maghreb, Iran, Sub
- Saharan Africa) business model and consolidate the management and order-to-cash processes within one location, J&J MISSA operations is moving from Kirkton Campus in Scotland and the Shared Customer Service center in Paris to J&J Middle East office in Dubai.
As part of the Finance team, Credit Controllers will be responsible for AR function in MISSA Region (Maghreb, Iran, Sub
- Saharan Africa) that consists of 49 countries with a population of 1Bn people, part of Emerging Markets within JNJ Medical Devices Sector.
ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable
- Management of MISSA AR – review all customer ledger accounts, sending customer statements of account on a monthly basis
- Analyze customer ledger accounts for overdue and falling due invoices and contact customers to ensure payments are made, negotiating payment plans where necessary
- Control of cash receipts and advising allocation details to SSC Prague on checking J&J Medical bank statement
- Responsible for the issue of weekly, monthly AR reports as required for distribution to various stakeholdersCredit Control
- Responsible for ensuring that Annual Credit Limit Review of all customers is completed to ensure security of payment for all MISSA business
- Responsible for customer credit risk analysis and risk management
- Review credit held orders and release if appropriate on request from Commercial/Customer Service teamsQualificationsEducation & Qualifications
- University/Bachelor Degree or EquivalentExperience, skills and competencies
- Experience in finance/export environment preferred
- Fluency in English and ideally in French
