- Support management in maintaining a strong internal control environment, through implementation of SOX processes and controls according to Johnson & Johnson policies and standards
- Proactively identify operational and financial risks within GFS EMEA SSC and propose efficient controls to mitigate gaps;
- Perform regular SOX testing to ensure control effectiveness and identify potential areas for improvement
- Propose corrective actions for identified gaps/weaknesses and provide support in the CAP resolution process
- Coordinate the local compliance Corrective Action Plan process with the company and support local teams to ensure internal control gaps are closed timely + effectively
- Proactively communicate and report on findings and status of CAP
- Support in the maintenance, regular update and alignment of the Standard Compliance Documentation Package SLA, DCMs, HOMs, SOPs, R&R Matrix, etc
- Look to optimize processes / operations impacted by compliance, through Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure successful internal (CIA) and external audits (PWC US)
- Review J&J corporate guidelines (ICH, WWP, etc) and related updates to ensure GFS EMEA SSC processes and controls are compliant and up to date
- Support the GFS EMEA roll out plan from a compliance perspective to ensure compliant implementation of new processes andnew activities transitioned to GFS EMEA SSC
- Provide support and advise to local affiliates live with GFS EMEA SSC, upon request
- Ensure sufficient training is delivered in alignment with local compliance training program to enhance & strengthen embedded compliance awareness
- Ensure full alignment with management & create strong business partnerships between all stakeholders, promoting the end-to-end approachReports to:

- Experience with leading Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts
- At least 4 years experience in a similar job in finance / audit
- Knowledge of J&J businesses & systems (preferred)

- Proficient in English, plus another European language
