Territory: LondonSummary:We are seeking to recruit a highly talented, motivated and ambitious individual to take the role of Clinical Training Leader. The Clinical Training Leader (CTL) will be responsible to leading the clinical development of the Clinical Support Team in order to achieve all strategic and business objectives around CARTO® 3 utilization. The position reports directly to the Biosense Webster Area Business Manager with 70% Clinical Responsibilities & 30% Development ResponsibilitiesThe key objective of this role will be to drive the sales target within the Region, meeting all strategic and business objectives, driving the training plan for new products and supporting the clinical team’s training plan and providing the highest level of clinical and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets for the Region
- Provide Clinical Support for cases performed with the CARTO® 3 System (30% of the Time)
- Comply with mandatory training and attend local and abroad training programmes to maintain and develop knowledge required to fulfil job role effectively
- Execute on key marketing strategies to include the successful roll out of new products
- Maintain and develop firm business relationships with KOLs and other strategically important clinical and economic stakeholders
- Develop in depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels
- both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize sales and sales potential for Biosense Webster
- Maintain knowledge of competitor's products and strategies in the local market
- Coordinate clinical activities such as new products launches, clinical studies, internal and external training in close collaboration with EHQ
- Ongoing assessment of the entire team to ensure they have the necessary skills & competencies to fulfil existing roles
- Drive the Clinical Team to the highest clinical level
- Manage a clinical diary for the area and optimise CSS scheduling in line with business priorities set by the Area Business Manager
- Develop educational programs (internal and external)
- Share best practice and success stories across the cluster and the region
- Monitor & assess competitor activity and use this knowledge to develop competitive advantage for Biosense Webster
- Take responsibility for focused meetings and training with the CSS team
- Adopt Credo based principles in all interactions with internal and external customersQualifications
- Cardiac Physiology experience
- EP training and responsibility essential
- Fluent in English both verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships quickly
- Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within the EP lab setting
- Must be self-disciplined, organised, and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
- Must be highly motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role
- A team player and independent thinker
- Ability to positively influence thinking, behaviour and gain commitment
- Trained to apply advanced Microsoft package skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
