DePuy Synthes Spine is the Spine business offering a comprehensive portfolio of spinal care solutions for the treatment of the most simple to the most complex spine disorders using traditional and minimally invasive techniques.
The Clinical Specialist reports to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or Territory Sales Manager (TSM) and is responsible for working at the direction of a Sales Consultant (SC) or Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support Sales Consultants in retaining and penetrating existing customers. They are primarily responsible for customer service & sales logistics, technical expertise & product knowledge, and maintaining sales assets among existing surgeons and accounts. While the Clinical Specialist collaborates with Sales Consultants in an effort to help them achieve their sales objectives, they do not carry independent sales objectives themselves. They will support Consultants in generating revenue, covering cases, and providing logistical support for DePuy Synthes sales teams.
QualificationsQualified candidates must have a minimum of a BS/BA college degree and/or 2 yrs spine related experience. Ability to operate in a “technical” and very professional sales environment required. 1-2 years of prior sales or clinical experience strongly preferred. Experience in the Spinal/Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States and a clean driving record. The ability to travel related to this role is required. Candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to the posted territory.
