The Johnson & Johnson Consumer Group is seeking an experienced and high caliber candidate to join our team in the Dubai office, with responsibility for driving the development of our OTC business unit in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region (MENAP).This role is required to provide the strategic and breakthrough thinking, operational excellence and consumer centricity to accelerate the growth across our core categories of OTC; Pain, Cough, Cold, Digestive Health and Allergy amongst others. The person in this role will lead the development of regional marketing objectives, strategies and then execute the plans all the while ensuring we’re building strong brand equities and delivering against sales, share, and profit targets.
The portfolio of products in the remit of this role includes a host of globally recognized and professionally endorsed brands like Tylenol, Imodium, Livostin, Nizoral and Nicorette amongst others.
Main Accountabilities:
- Regional Strategy OTC
- Brand Marketing Strategy and Execution – both Direct-to-Consumer and Professional
- Overall P&L responsibility including NTS, BME, Brand Contribution

- 1 Assistant Brand ManagerQualificationsEducation:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Degree with focus preferably in Marketing
- MBA from a reputable school would be preferredYears of Industry Experience:
- 8+ years Brand Management Experience
- Global/Regional Marketing & mix of Emerging and Developed markets experienceLanguages:
- Excellent Verbal and written English skills; Arabic is a plusOther Job Specific Skills:
- Standard computer skills such as Must be familiar with Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
