Job purposeResponsible for driving wearership and loyalty to Beauty brand (DEFINE) within the ACUVUE® portfolio and delivery of integrated ACUVUE campaigns and events to both consumer & professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Development of consumer and professional communication materials to support the strategies and plans defined for the brand for the whole cluster including Digital execution and monitoring.
- Management and execution of professional event and exhibitions/conferences.
- Establishment of success criteria of all activity and measurement against specific KPIs with resources such as online analytics and various financial and sales reports, or through ad-hoc tracking tools.
- Management of external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives within identified budgets.
- Market analysis, leveraging available tools and studies in order to improve J&J position in the market.
QualificationsKnowledge / Experience / Skills required
- Marketing experience essential
- Digital marketing experience highly preferable
- Experience with marketing research tools and design preferable
- Sales experience would be beneficial.
