Associate Manager, LCM Supply Chain-1500064564WDescriptionASSOCIATE MANAGER, LCM SUPPLY CHAINBusiness: Consumer Asia Pacific, Supply Chain ManagementReporting to the Associate Director In-Country Supply Chain, the person in this role will have an end-to-end accountability for the LCM Supply Chain and S&OP process with direct responsibility for overall LCM NPI project management, artwork development, forecasting, supply planning, co-packing, customer ordering process and logistics.
The scope of key responsibilities includes:1) NPI project management & Artwork development
- Set up a regular LCM taskforce with GE, RA, QA and MY MKT for artwork development coordination
- Update the progress to Commercial team in Malaysia via S&OP process2) Forecasting
- Work with LCM CD for generating rolling forecasts
- Maintain/Update forecast into APO system4) Supply Planning
- Work with TH Planning to get the stock allocation for LCM
- Prepare mock-up/standard samples as required5) Co-packing
- Provide forecast to LCM repacker to order stickers
- Work with LCM repacker for scheduling planning
- Work with CLS/EM for repack quotation approval6) Customer ordering process & Logistics
- Work with TH CLS team for ordering process and logisticsKey Measures:The position will be measured primarily on:
- SKUs launch on-time
- NTS
- OTIF
- MAPE & BiasQualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree graduate in Business Administration, Science, or Engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in a Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning , Manufacturing, and Sourcing.
- Demonstrates integrity, inspires trust and avoids conflicts of interest
- Interacts and collaborates well with the team. Respectful and adaptable, yet with a strong point of view.
- Strong leadership, influence, interpersonal skills and project management capabilities
- Analytical and process oriented in supply chain operations
- Results oriented and able to independently create and deliver
- Fluent in both Thai & English languages in speaking, reading and writing
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
- Computer skills in MS Office.
LOCATION:This position will be based in Consumer Thailand office in Latkrabang.
