ASP Service Parts Coordinator-000012HSDescriptionBASIC PURPOSE
- Responsible for processing the ASP Affiliates & Distributors Service Parts Orders

- Suppliers: ASP Irvine (US), Wassenburg (NL), US OEMS & Jabil (AT); DHL Warehouse
- Markets: Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia PacificKEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Understand overall total flows for the provision of spare parts for the ASP business
- Record Service parts orders for ASP affiliates. Follow the daily needs of customers and the smooth delivery of orders
- Ensure day-to-day business relationship with ASP Affiliates
- Coordinate shipments with the external warehouse provider, carriers, customers and suppliers
- Ensure the organization of reverse logistics with the planner(return defective parts, repair)
- Issue the commercial invoices on the behalf of ASP Division of Cilag International e.g. by using MS Access database to download data from MXP
- Ensure that invoices issued are reflected in ERP system of legal entity e.g. by creating manual invoices in Workflow tool
- Controls ASP transport & warehousing invoices including invoices from DHL; cost monitoring through dashboards
- Track and manage key metrics such as Customer Service, Delivery Performance, LIFR. Prepare & communicate delivery performance report
- Transport re-billing activities
- Surplus items credit activity
- Primary contact for delivery delays. Communicate and resolve delivery delays
- Updating of databases, if necessary with external consultant
- Centralize, record and track non-product complaints
- CTS system data base maintenance, including Fe account creation
- Contribute to the Patient First and Domino projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and participate in ad-hoc projects
- Provide backup for colleagues when necessaryQualificationsType of Experience:
- At least 2 year’s relevant business experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience of working with an ERP system
- Ideally with experience in export and/or customer service functionAttributes:
