Program overview:Our International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a development program that identifies highly qualified candidates to join our teams in Asia-Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Latin America. IRDP can support your career goals through a personal development plan that includes hands-on assignments at the local, regional, and/or international level, along with structured training and personal interaction with leaders. The emphasis is on meaningful responsibilities as an integral member of a cross-functional team.

You must be enrolled in an MBA and planning to obtain your degree within one year of your application date. You must also have appropriate work authorization for the country in which you are considering employmentQualificationsQualified candidates for the 2016 (IRDP) positions in Asia Pacific must meet the following criteria:
- To be considered for full-time positions, applicants must either be completing their full-time MBA, Master’s, or PhD degree within the coming year or have already done so within the last 12 months
- Have permanent work authorization in the country where the job is located without the need for sponsorship in the future
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and the language(s) where the position is located
- Have a proven ability to thrive in a complex and changing environment
- Have demonstrated leadership ability, business acumen and strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks
