At least 5 years of experience in a Commercial Procurement role in one or more categories is preferred, as is some experience in other business functions-Demonstrated experience of business results in a matrix environment and / or with multiple companies.-Entrepreneurial and global mindset is required. Knowledge of the Japanese business environment is also an asset.-Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
