Our headquarters for European operations are located in Dudelange, GD of Luxembourg. Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f) Responsibilities: The main responsibility is to process invoices and payments Dispatch invoices to department heads seeking for authorization Follow-up unapproved invoices Prepare payment (automatic and manual) Follow-up queries with suppliers Follow-up internal queries Handling Bank statements and ensure optimization of the cash handled by the company Suppliers accounts reconciliations; Assistance with year-end reporting process / audit process Requirements: Entry level with internships or first relevant experience. Excellent communicator, you are able to work independently and as part of a team. You are very organized and accurate. Fluency in English. Any other languages will be valued.
