John Parkinson Agency represent some of the biggest names in Photography, Styling, Art Direction and Consulting.

We are looking for someone to help us in our busy office. You will need to be great at multi-tasking and confident on the telephone as you will be calling and speaking to key industry clients within the Advertising, Fashion, Design, Publishing worlds.

Candidate must be London-based, come from a creative background and be qualified to degree level.

Duties:
• Assisting Photographers/Stylist Agents with general office duties and updating photographer’s portfolios.
• Updating databases, social media and our Website and Blog, so experience in creative writing is a bonus.
• Brand research, assisting Agents with bookings and updating the website with new Artist work.
• Booking Taxis and couriers and keeping track of the agency calendar.

Skills & Experience:
• Good telephone manner
• Good IT skills, proficient with MS office programs including Excel
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and quick learning
• Creative writing skills to contribute to our monthly blog.

This is a part time internship running for two consecutive days per week for a period of 2 months. The successful candidate must be available 10th and 11th of December for handover / training days and then start internship the next week, w/c 15th December.
