About the role
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.50 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
Expected salary - up to £40,000 depending on experience
Contract type - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for up to 2 days a week in the office to connect including a Wednesday.
Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our E-Commerce Operations team as an Senior E-Commerce Content & Operations Executive on a 12 month fixed term contract/secondment focusing on our fashion and beauty categories.
What are we looking for?
As a Senior E-Commerce Content & Operations Executive, you will execute onsite improvements to support implementation of the in-season E-Commerce trading plan and curate content accurately and effectively. A key area of the role includes working closely with stakeholders across Customer & Trading teams to ensure accurate and optimised delivery of content in support of the trade plan. You will implement on-site changes to support trading and optimisation requirements in line with the seasonal trade plans.
We are looking for a commercially astute and analytical individual that maximises sales for their E-Commerce area and achieves the in-season E-Commerce trade plan. In order to do this, you will use site data & analysis and external benchmarks to inform trade planning, campaigns/events or site changes. You will measure the performance of content and site activation, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation of existing and future activations.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need
● E-Commerce experience - understands how to influence conversion, traffic and AOV through multiple digital and trading functions.
● Numerate and strong data-analysis orientation
● Commercial acumen.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
● Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare and/or Monetate Proficiency
● Influencing skills. Ability to build strong Stakeholder relationships
