Description
What’s the role about?
As an Image Coordinator in the Design Centre of Excellence you will be supporting the delivery of outstanding imagery, collaborating and working effectively with the Asset Manager to ensure assets are filed and available in response to image requests from the wider business.
Assisting at photo shoots when appropriate and developing your art direction techniques and skills as well as supporting the editing of the imagery created are other key accountabilities.
You will support in discussions with reprographics to ensure imagery produced is of the best quality and intent and meets the brand standards and guidelines.
What you’ll be doing as an Image Coordinator?
- Co-ordinating the day-to-day administration of the photography department, which includes sending shoot call sheets, arranging samples, booking studios and raising PO’s/invoices into the system
- Supporting the Image & Art Direction Manager in the delivery and production of compelling, innovative imagery that supports the direction and expression of the Waitrose & Partners brand across multiple channels and formats.
- Working alongside the Customer, Retail and Commercial teams ensuring that the design standards that are set are consistently adhered to
What you’ll have:
· A Levels, degree or creative/marketing related apprenticeship qualification
· Background in design FMCG
· Stakeholder Management
· Project Management
· Excellent planning ability
· Able to work to tight deadlines
· Able to organise workload to meet conflicting priorities
· Relationship & Influencing - Excellent inter-personal skills
· Strong persuasive communicator
· Proficient in Google Docs, MS Office
