Duties & Responsibilities

Bala Lake Hotel, Activity Base and Spa. Our Place in the Mountains. Situated in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park looking out across spectacular mountains and just a short stroll from Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake), it's a magical place to work.

Would you like to join our friendly outdoor team, as Activity Instructor? You'll need Ropes experience, a keen interest in outdoor sports and a desire to provide the very best in customer service.

You'll be passionate about sport and exercise, particularly in an outdoor adventure setting and be able to inspire people to take part in meaningful outdoor activities.

Job Requirements

You will become a brand ambassador by being a warm and friendly Partner who provides consistently outstanding customer experience.
You will need to meet all legislative and health & safety requirements for the activity department and other areas of the hotel that you y work across.
You will be helping to deliver bespoke team building & problem-solving packages across all levels.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Rope experience is required and essential for the role
Relevant outdoor pursuits qualifications, for example: UK coaching certificate, Archery GB
IT skills
UK driving licence
Ability to coach and give clear instruction
