Your Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer for the John Deere Order Management Program Operations team, located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for collaborating with other engineers to drive application development and monitoring best practices into John Deere Order to Cash products. Your primary responsibility will be in the area of designing, implementing, practicing and monitoring application development best practices to drive improvements in our CI/CD pipeline for the Order Management Products. More specifically you will:
· Coach/Mentoring and Monitoring all Product teams on LSM Incident processes and ensure that all support Issues are being addressed appropriately by all OM Product Teams
· Configure various software tools used by the program to meet the needs of the Order Management Operations team. Examples of tools include Service Now, AppDynamics, Grafana etc.
· Manage support processes for the Order Management program and ensure that proper coverage is obtained/provided by the various OM product teams.

What Skills You Need
· Proven experience working in a team environment
· 2 or more years of work experience in an Agile team environment
· Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
· Proven experience in the design, development, testing and integration of highly complex software solutions
· Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
· Knowledge of Deere Lean Service Management Processes and Toolsets
What Makes You Stand Out
Other areas of experience or interest that will help us place you on the right team include:
· 2 or more years of experience in implementing major software programs leveraging change management
· 1 or more years of experience with supporting Dealer End Users
· 1 or more years of experience with DevOps principles and lean development practices such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deliver
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering
