Title: PDM Analyst - 60884
Your Responsibilities
As a PDM Analyst for Harvester Works, located in East Moline, IL, you will publish engineering change documents in support of engineering and manufacturing data involving multiple levels of design change complexity. In addition, you will:
· Be responsible for the integrity of Part Data Management within SAP, including the interface with Worldwide Information System for Engineers (WISE) and other worldwide common databases
· Be recognized as a specifications expert, providing leadership, consultation and training to others in the unit or division
· Contribute to the HX PDM team by developing best practices, guidelines and standards integral to the change notification process
· Write and audit production level specifications for design changes to complex parts and assemblies related to new product programs and product enhancements by analyzing engineering data and other related data for Product Delivery Process (PDP) and Current Product (OFP) support using Product Data Management (PDM) tools within SAP
· Using the engineering change process, creates, coordinates and maintains complex Bills of Material, Material Masters, drawing revisions and part attribute data in corporate information systems
· Uses knowledge and experience to serve as liaison and consultant providing feedback that affects specification and decision activities; serves as specification representative for project teams
· Facilitate required multi-discipline meetings, records and publishes meeting minutes and works closely with other affected stake holders to establish a consistent pattern for adopting specifications

What Skills You Need
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook as an email application as well as familiarity with its use as a calendar organizer, task manager along with shared mailboxes and calendars
· Extensive use of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Experience in Excel specifically with developing spreadsheets that include formulas, graphing tools and pivot tables
· Demonstrated analytical skills in problem solving situations
What Makes You Stand Out
· Experience using an SAP operating system
· Experience in Part Data Management (PDM) and cProjects workflow
· Knowledge of the Product Delivery Process (PDP) and Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) programs
· Familiarity and use of SharePoint sites and file organization
· Experience in NetWeaver Business Client and ability to navigate in PDMLink
· Experience with any Deere software systems
· Experience working with or supporting Deere PDM/Spec Analysts, Product Design, Manufacturing or Quality Engineering
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
· Bachelor's degree in Business/IT, Engineering/Technology, Agriculture Sciences or Education
