Title: IT User Experience Designer - 60528 

Your Responsibilities

As an IT User Experience Designer for the John Deere Order Management Program User Experience team, located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for collaborating with UX researchers, software engineers and other UX designers to apply internal/external standards and best practices to create tangible visualizations that serve as the blueprint for front-end developers to turn a concept into a solution for John Deere Sales Center while ensuring digital solutions are consistent with brand standards. In addition, you will:

·  Create and design elements or components resulting in high quality user experience designs
·  Incorporate branding and common design guidelines into products
·  Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and specifications
·  Maintain style guides for varying methods of delivery
·  Follow appropriate design methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered design
·  Monitor external patterns and trends and evaluate the impact on internal design philosophies

What Skills You Need

·  1 or more years of experience in programming/software development
·  1 or more years of information technology experience and/or business experience
·  Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
·  Experience and a good understanding of UX design principles
·  1 or more years of work experience in a team environment
·  Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and accuracy
·  Experience delivering production-ready, clean and usable digital user interfaces across multiple form factors
·  Experience and working knowledge of core user interface languages

What Makes You Stand Out

Other areas of experience or interest that will help us place you on the right team include:

·  1 or more years of experience creating mockups using InVision or comparable tools
·  Experience with test driven development (TDD) and continuous improvement (CI)
·  Experience working with Agile/Iterative project management methodologies

Education (or equivalent work experience)

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:

·  Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science/Engineering
