John Deere Ltd, the UK & Irish Branch of the world’s largest agricultural machinery manufacturer, has a vacancy for an Order Fulfilment Co-ordinator reporting to the Order Fulfilment Manager, based within the Langar location. This office based position is a key function in the company’s Order Fulfilment department supplying Turf machines to the UK and Ireland dealer network.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To respond to telephone/email queries from dealers and JD employees on all matters relating to Order Fulfilment.
The ordering of replenishment inventory for the Turf warehouse, inventory management and processing of dealer channel orders.
To communicate and resolve issues surrounding Complete Goods orders, product availability and shipments.
To communicate to transport companies forecasted warehouse order releases.
Daily execution of Dealer Complete Goods orders including the validation of available inventory and sourcing of machines from UK and ECDC warehouses.
Analysing sales and forecasting future demand of warehouse replenishment orders for complete machines and daily inventory management processes.
To order replenishment machines and components from source factories and warehouses.
To execute daily machine build planning schedule.
The ideal candidate would have:
Good attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain great relationships internally and with the dealer network.
Proficient IT skills including a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with your own initiative.
Knowledge of Dealers network and industry is a benefit.
Educated to a minimum of A levels or equivalent. A degree in business/management related subject or equivalent or relevant work experience.
