Your Responsibilities

 

As an Agile Coach you will facilitate implementation of the agile operating model at John Deere Financial by coaching leadership and teams, providing guidance to ensure effective application of agile values and principles.  You will also serve as an agent of change that models and reinforces agile values. In addition, you will: 

 

·  Lead and mentor other Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters
·  Assess agile maturity for teams, facilitating improved outcomes
·  Collaborate with teams to adapt practices and help them challenge status quo

 

 

Required Skills, Experiences and Competencies

 

·  Mastery Level in Agile development processes, methodology, and scaling
·  Proven ability to coach and develop others
·  Ability to proactively indentify impediments and experience overcoming roadblocks
·  Passion for agile mindset, methodology, and principles
·  Ability to facilitate decisioning
·  Continuously learning and incorporating new ideas into the Agile Operating Model
·  Understands competency maturity and collaborates with teams to continuously improve
·  Experience in agile coaching (5+ years)
·  Industry Recognized Advanced Agile Coaching Certification - (e.g. Certified Enterprise Coach)
·  Experience translating technical concepts into non-technical terms
·  2+ years people leadership experience

 

 

Desired Skills, Experiences and Competencies

 

·  Understanding of the technologies & architecture of the product area
·  Working understanding of multiple technologies, development methods and systems,
·  Working understanding of programming languages

 

 

Education (or equivalent work experience)

 

·  4-year degree or equivalent work experience
