Role Purpose

This person will undertake and report independent real estate valuations for owners and investors for such purposes as loan security approval, company accounts valuations and internal decision making.

What this job involves

·  Carry out specific types of property valuation projects
·  Collect and verify data for valuation projects
·  Write valuation reports in English
·  Collaborate within cross border valuation teams
·  Maintain regular contact with clients

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

·  Preferably Master’s degree in Economics, Law or Technology or RICS accredited qualification
·  Good knowledge of valuation terminology
·  Knowledge of the real estate market
·  2+ years of experience in valuation
·  Good financial analysis and report writing skills in English
·  Advanced oral and written skills (in English)
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
·  Outgoing personality and an enthusiastic, can-do approach to work
·  Self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
