What this job involves:

·  Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users/clients
·  Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
·  Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
·  Create and verify backups of data
·  Respond to and resolves help desk tickets/requests
·  Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
·  Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
·  Coordinate with third parties and clients to ensure smooth running of the business
·  Monitor and maintain all resources
·  Research new technologies to implement towards growth of the organization
·  Determine and provide user access, privileges and security
·  Order and set up a new hardware as and when required

·  Enterprise service/server management skills is  required
·  TRIRIGA/IWMS server management experience  preferred
·  Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in system administration
·  AWS Cloud Services and working Azure highly  preferred ; any Cloud Service Management experience will be accepted
·  Associate or higher degree in a related field required
·  Extensive experience with VMware, VPN, Firewalls, SSO and SSL
·  Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
·  Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
·  Possess prior working experience with installing and maintaining Red Hat Linux computer and network systems.
·  Experience providing overall support to a large user base is a required
·  Be familiar with performance and network tuning
·  Must possess the ability to read logs files and provide RCA. 
·  Must be familiar with or worked with IBM WebSphere & IBM WebSphere Liberty
·  Certification with IBM WebSphere & IBM WebSphere Liberty is desirable
·  Must have some database experience (Oracle, DB2 or Microsoft SQL)
·  Must be able to troubleshoot general network issue (Network connection issues and server down issues)
·  Must be able to install software such as Patches and upgrades
·  Have high flexibility in working hours/days for maintenance activities
·  Ability to travel as required for business on client sites and trainings
·  Have experience managing all system security levels in an organization
·  Must have solid communication, analysis and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing problems
·  Have experience managing Enterprise Antivirus and data protection solutions
·  Have experience maintaining, managing and documenting industry standard policies/procedures 
·  Have experience managing software licensing and SLA’s with client and vendors
