ช่างประจำอาคาร

ลักษณะงาน :
1. จัดการระบบและเครื่องมือต่างๆ ภายในอาคาร
2. จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษางานซ่อมบำรุง
3. จัดการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้อยู่เสมอ
4. รักษาความสะอาดและความปลอดภัยในขณะปฏิบัติงาน
5. ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
7. ติดตามและควบคุมงานของช่างภายนอกที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานภายในอาคาร
8. ตรวจสอบการควบคุมสภาพอากาศและอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าทั้งหมด
9. ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บริการที่จำเป็นเช่น บริการรักษาความปลอดภัยหรือทำความสะอาด
10. เตรียมพร้อมสำหรับเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉินหรือสถานการณ์ที่ไม่คาดคิดที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
11. ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
