What this job involves:

Duties and Responsibilities

·  PPMs-PM tracking
·  Asset register Updation
·  Upcoming Quarter Strategic plan preparation
·  Organising Land Lord Monthly Meeting
·  AMC Tracking, MMR& QBR Preparation
·  Incident Management System
·  Identification & Implementation of minor project as a part of site improvement.
·  Monthly walk through & Audit Observation closure
·  Vendor coordination for PM
·  Shift Management
·  Summer Preparedness action plan and tracking
·  Energy Consumption Tracker Updation
·  BCP table top exercise
·  Vendor Meeting
·  CEIG Audit Coordination.
·  Risk Register updation

·  Good written and spoken communication skills
·  Good coordination skills
·  Ability to multi-task and efficiently track implementation at
·  remote locations through identified SPOC’s
·  Program management skills
·  Diploma / Degree with experience in Maintenance & Operations in FM industries
·  3-4 years of experience in development, implement and maintaining Technical Operation.
·  Should Have Valid Electrical Supervisory License
