SharePoint Developer

This position will support the planning, development, implementation, operationalization and support of business solutions leveraging SharePoint.

Work closely with team members and business stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, drive out technical issues, and model solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements. Analyze business processes, and work with functional areas to design, test, debug, implement and support SharePoint solutions with superior functionality. Solicit input from the business for upgrades and additional functionality of existing tools to enhance and improve the current tool set to better meet our business needs. Achieve business goals and objectives through innovate design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions while maintaining our enterprise standards. Implement high quality solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint to include workflows, effective use of native, third party, and custom SharePoint solutions including UI, branding and navigation. Review/support establishing standards and implementing best practices for SharePoint within our group. Troubleshoot production support issues and respond rapidly to make small adjustments to SharePoint functionality due to changing business needs. Interact with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams within internal and external organizations to build integrated SharePoint business solutions. Ensure proper documentation generated and updated for any new and/or existing business SharePoint solutions (i.e. requirements, processes, procedures, etc.).

·  May participate on various work effort (initiative) teams.
·  May performing other responsibilities as assigned, needed or requested.

·  5+ years of experience with SharePoint Designer on SharePoint 2010-2013 solution development, configuration, or customization.
·  Proven technical proficiency with SharePoint 2013 Web part application and configuration, InfoPath Designer 2013, SharePoint 2013 Designer, and online workflow development.
·  Proven technical proficiency with interfacing SharePoint to Microsoft Office 2010 products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or Visio.
·  Proven technical proficiency with programming languages: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
·  Experience creating Dynamic Forms in SharePoint.
·  Thorough knowledge and understanding of full SDLC and Agile development methodologies (including team dynamics) , testing, performance tuning, and debugging.
·  Proven experience in business initiative/schedule development, requirements gathering and analysis
·  Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, problem solving, detail analytical, documentation and organization skills
·  Ability to effectively work both independently and as a member of a high performance work team with a diverse audience in both business and technical areas
·  Ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Requires a mix of technical and business skills to perform support tasks and responsibilities effectively
·  Detail-oriented PREFERRED
·  Basic knowledge of property (facilities) management, business and banking
